Horizon’s team partnered with Indeed.ca to host hiring events in Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal to encourage nurses to work in N.B. Offers promoted during the events include hands-on support to move to and settle in the province and up to $20,000 in incentives for eligible RN positions. The health network’s also encouraging New Brunswickers to tell their friends and loved ones who live in those four cities about the events. The referral program will award $1,000 if the person’s hired. Horizon held a hiring event at a Montreal-area hotel with an offer that includes up to $10,000 in signing bonuses, up to $5,000 in relocation costs and other benefits.
