England launches digital platform in massive engagement project for NHS staff to share ideas, ask questions

The $3.1-million digital TalkHealthandCare platform will allow millions of frontline healthcare staff to post ideas, questions and challenges for government. The online tool was launched following feedback from staff that say they too often don't feel valued at work. It will continually update to reflect the views and ideas of staff and will include events, forums and webinars for staff across the country. Among the issues TalkHealthandCare will try to tackle include improving shift patterns, juggling home and work lives, speeding up the use of technologies that cut out paperwork, violence against staff and training and development.
