The HQCA's I'm Still Me: The Lived Experiences of Residents in Designated Supportive Living report details a pilot project involving interviews with residents in designated supportive living. Its aim was to gain a better understanding of their experiences and identifies, from residents' perspectives, themes of what is working well and what could be done to improve residents' experiences in designated supportive living. It indicates that the most positive experiences were created when residents felt their personal interests, lifestyles, and expectations were preserved.
