After announcing the noona app launch over a year ago, cancer patients in the province can now use it to access appointment schedules, reminders and schedule changes. It's part of a Nova Scotia Health project intended to improve the patient experience by increasing communication between patients and their health teams - who will be able monitor patients' symptoms remotely. The scheduling app’s the first noona feature to be rolled out in N.S. and additional features will be avaialble in the future.
