The free subscription boxes contain resources on health and wellness topics designed for youth aged 13 to 18. They cover:
- Sexual health;
- Healthy relationships;
- Healthy coping;
- Self harm and suicide; and
- Substance use and mental health.
Each box contains information on the topic, local resources and art=inspired health promotion activities. Health and Social Services chose the subscription box themes based on feedback received from youth themselves.
