U.S. non-profit develops digital tool to translate patient experiences into meaningful data

Mass.-based MITRE Corporation is developing a digital Patient Toolkit, which lets patients digitally record symptoms, treatments and medications. The toolkit is meant to facilitate patient input and let patients see their symptoms over the course of time. It also lets patients communicate with their providers. Developers of the toolkit pointed out that most of the patient experience happens away from provider’s office. The toolkit was developed to remedy this gap.
